Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Operations Assistant to support the daily administrative and operational activities of our head office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations by handling clerical tasks, inventory management, courier coordination, document control, and internal support functions.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in office administration, operations support, or corporate services within a well-established organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties including typing, photocopying, filing, mailing, and document organization
  • Monitor and manage office pantry supplies and essential inventory, ensuring timely replenishment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier services, ensuring timely delivery of documents and packages
  • Assist with the collection, distribution, and dispatch of payment vouchers, bills, letters, and internal documents
  • Support the maintenance and supply of office equipment and liaise with vendors when required
  • Ensure proper document filing and control for easy access and compliance
  • Enter, update, and maintain internal databases and office records
  • Handle office-related inquiries and provide general support to employees
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company documents and sensitive information
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
  • Basic understanding of office procedures and administrative workflows

Experience & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration, operations support, or a similar role
  • Previous experience in corporate offices, retail head offices, or logistics environments is an advantage

Language Requirements

  • Basic English proficiency (written and spoken)
