Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to ensure optimal availability of spare parts inventory to support uninterrupted business operations, customer satisfaction, and sales performance across all branches. The role plays a key part in managing parts supply planning, inventory control, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain optimum stock levels of spare parts to support smooth business operations
- Assist in creating and updating article master data to ensure accuracy within the ERP/system
- Monitor and oversee parts supply requirements across all branches
- Analyse parts movement trends and categorize inventory for effective reorder level planning
- Coordinate parts replenishment to support sales targets and service efficiency
- Supervise warehouse upkeep, cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Oversee maintenance and utilization of parts transportation vehicles
- Assist in processing insurance claims for parts damaged during transit or delivery discrepancies
- Track inbound shipments and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely receipt of parts consignments
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with regulatory, safety, and operational standards
- Support periodic audits, stock counts, and inventory reconciliations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve supply chain efficiency and inventory accuracy
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Automotive Industry, or related field
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a similar role
- Prior experience within the automotive, parts, warehouse, or supply chain industry is highly preferred
