As a Barista Trainee, you will undergo structured hands-on training while actively contributing to daily store operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning and mastering espresso extraction techniques and milk steaming skills.
- Developing latte art skills and preparing a full range of hot and cold beverages to company standards.
- Gaining product knowledge about coffee beans, blends, brewing methods, and menu items to confidently assist customers.
- Supporting experienced baristas in beverage and food preparation during busy shifts.
- Ensuring all drinks meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Following food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
- Maintaining cleanliness of workstations, coffee machines, and service areas.
- Assisting with daily opening and closing procedures.
- Managing stock levels, refilling ingredients, and helping with deliveries.
- Taking customer orders accurately and handling payments at the till.
- Communicating clearly with team members to maintain smooth service flow.
- Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the specialty coffee industry.
👤 What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Confidence in engaging with customers and delivering excellent service.
- Ability to multitask in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- A positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset.
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
- Previous barista or hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
