Position: Team Member
As a Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring children and families have a positive and enjoyable experience from the moment they enter the center. This role requires energy, responsibility, and a genuine love for working with kids.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome children and parents with a warm and friendly attitude
- Supervise play areas to ensure safety at all times
- Monitor children’s activities and enforce safety rules
- Assist in organizing games, group activities, and birthday parties
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of play zones and equipment
- Support front desk operations including ticketing or basic cashiering (if required)
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and helpful manner
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Creating a safe and happy environment for children is our top priority, and you will be responsible for helping maintain high safety and service standards throughout your shift.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Patient and friendly with children
- Responsible and safety-conscious
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active environment
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, nursery, school environments, or children’s entertainment centers is an advantage, but not mandatory. Training will be provided for the right candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic English communication skills are required. Additional language skills are a plus.
