Job Responsibilities
As a Bartender / Bartendress, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by preparing and serving beverages with professionalism and creativity.
Your main duties will include:
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards
• Setting up the bar area and preparing mise-en-place before service
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and equipment
• Interacting with guests, taking beverage orders, and making recommendations
• Delivering prompt and friendly service to ensure high guest satisfaction
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory control
• Promoting beverages and assisting in maximizing sales
• Following hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
• Working closely with the Food & Beverage team to maintain excellent service quality

Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates should have:
• At least 1 year experience in bar operations
• Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beverage preparation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good English communication ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Positive attitude and team spirit
Hospitality or food & beverage training is considered an advantage.
