We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales Attendant to join our retail team in Dubai. As a Sales Attendant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and maintaining premium store standards in line with brand guidelines.

Sales Achievement
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques
- Maximize UPT (Units Per Transaction) and ATV (Average Transaction Value)
- Utilize strong product knowledge and persuasive sales skills to convert walk-in customers into buyers
- Actively promote new arrivals, seasonal collections, and ongoing promotions
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Deliver a premium and personalized shopping experience to every customer
- Build long-term customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty and repeat business
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products accordingly
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain an active and accurate customer database for follow-ups and future sales opportunities
Visual Merchandising & Store Standards
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal
- Ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand visual merchandising guidelines
- Monitor stock rotation and ensure proper replenishment of items on the sales floor
- Support window displays, mannequins, and in-store product presentation
Operations & Stock Control
- Operate POS systems accurately, including billing, cash handling, gift wrapping, and returns
- Assist in stock preparation, labeling, tagging, and pricing
- Participate in inventory counts, stock audits, and replenishment activities
- Monitor customer movement in-store and report any theft, loss, or suspicious activity
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and operational standards
Candidate Profile & Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
- Previous experience in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retail
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, merchandising, and customer service
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be highly preferred
