Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Attendant to join a leading fashion/luxury retail store in Dubai. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive sales performance, and uphold the brand’s high standards in customer service, visual merchandising, and store operations.
As a Sales Attendant, you will be the face of the brand, engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing professional product recommendations while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Performance
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using effective selling techniques
- Increase UPT (Units Per Transaction) and ATV (Average Transaction Value) through upselling and cross-selling
- Actively promote new arrivals, collections, and in-store promotions
- Accurately operate POS systems and handle cash, card, and gift transactions
Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver outstanding, personalized customer service at all times
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
- Understand customer preferences and provide tailored product solutions
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
Visual Merchandising & Store Standards
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Ensure store cleanliness, proper item display, and stock rotation
- Assist with window displays and in-store visual updates when required
Stock & Operations
- Receive, organize, and prepare stock for display and sales floor replenishment
- Participate in stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory checks
- Monitor shop floor activity to prevent theft, loss, or policy violations
- Ensure stock availability and report low-stock items to management
Customer Database Management
- Build and maintain a strong personal client database
- Record customer details accurately to support CRM initiatives
- Proactively follow up with customers regarding new collections and promotions
Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Previous experience in fashion or luxury retail sales
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Knowledge of merchandising, gift wrapping, and cash handling
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Immediate joiners preferred
