job Summary
The Storekeeper / Stores Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing all store activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations in line with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards. The role requires close coordination with procurement, logistics, and operations teams, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring stores activities meet operational and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure only authorized personnel have access to stores areas
- Oversee timely receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of parts across all site store locations
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the computerized stock system
- Perform yearly and perpetual inventory counts in line with company procedures
- Monitor, report, and evaluate stock discrepancies
- Ensure all stores activities follow defined company processes and standards
- Receive, reconcile, and record supplier deliveries accurately
- Issue purchased components and services into the ERP/stock system
- Pick, stow, pack, and label parts correctly as per supervisor instructions
- Ensure on-time picking and dispatch according to agreed schedules
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety within stores areas
- Support store operations and assume responsibility during the Supervisor’s absence
- Comply with all HSE, quality, and operational policies

Education & Experience
Essential Requirements
- High School Certificate or higher
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Storeman / Warehouse Assistant
- Minimum 1 year experience in incoming material inspection, handling, storage, and packing
- Results-oriented with strong planning and time-management skills
- Good communication skills
Desirable Requirements
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good understanding of store and warehouse procedures
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
