Job Responsibilities

Waiters / Waitresses

As a Waiter or Waitress, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Warmly welcoming and seating guests
• Presenting menus and explaining food and beverage offerings
• Taking accurate food and drink orders
• Serving dishes and beverages with professionalism and efficiency
• Monitoring tables to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving minor concerns politely
• Coordinating closely with the kitchen and bar team
• Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and properly set
• Following all hygiene, safety, and service standards

Bus Boy

As a Bus Boy, you will support the service team to ensure smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently
• Assisting waiters and waitresses during busy service hours
• Maintaining cleanliness of dining and service areas
• Refilling water, bread, and service stations
• Supporting opening and closing duties
• Ensuring the restaurant maintains high cleanliness standards at all times

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Previous experience in restaurants or hospitality (fine dining experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent customer service mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Teamwork spirit and willingness to support colleagues
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Candidates currently based in the UAE will be given preference.
