Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries
- Handle customer concerns politely and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen and cashier teams for smooth service
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or café preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a willingness to learn
- Candidates currently in UAE will be preferred
