Arjaan by Rotana Fujairah is currently looking for passionate and service-oriented Waiters and Waitresses to join its Food & Beverage team. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the region’s leading hospitality brands under the renowned Rotana Hotels & Resorts.

Job Responsibilities

As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable dining experience.

Your duties will include greeting guests warmly, presenting menus, and explaining food and beverage options clearly. You will take accurate orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen team.

Serving food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper presentation standards is essential. You will monitor guest tables, respond to requests, and ensure satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

You will also be responsible for setting up tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and ensuring that all hygiene and safety standards are followed. Assisting with billing and processing payments may also be part of your role.

Working closely with the kitchen and service team, you will help maintain smooth operations during busy service periods.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress or F&B Service Staff is preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Basic English communication skills

Fresh candidates with a passion for hospitality may also be considered.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,800 – AED 3,500 per month
