As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests by providing professional, attentive, and personalized service. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests are satisfied throughout their dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Job Role
Your role will include having a strong knowledge of the menu, making recommendations to guests, and ensuring accuracy in order taking and service delivery. You will coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service and maintain a clean and organized service area at all times. Attention to detail and a positive attitude are key to success in this role.
Requirements
Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role within a hotel, restaurant, or luxury dining environment. Excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a strong customer-focused mindset are essential. The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment while maintaining service excellence is required.
You should be a team player, flexible with working shifts, and committed to delivering outstanding guest service. Knowledge of international cuisine and fine dining service standards will be an added advantage.
