As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering professional, personalized, and high-quality food and beverage service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience in line with hotel and restaurant standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide food and beverage service according to the hotel’s standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Greet, seat, and serve guests in a professional, friendly, and discreet manner
- Maintain strong knowledge of the food and beverage menu to confidently advise guests
- Monitor and ensure consistent quality of food and beverage service
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries politely and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service equipment upkeep
- Complete all service preparations before, during, and after service (mise-en-place and mise-en-scène)
- Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage of items
- Apply effective upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
Education, Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or vocational training in Food & Beverage
- Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
- Good command of spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong guest service and interpersonal skills
