As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering professional, personalized, and high-quality food and beverage service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience in line with hotel and restaurant standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service according to the hotel’s standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Greet, seat, and serve guests in a professional, friendly, and discreet manner
• Maintain strong knowledge of the food and beverage menu to confidently advise guests
• Monitor and ensure consistent quality of food and beverage service
• Handle guest complaints and inquiries politely and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service equipment upkeep
• Complete all service preparations before, during, and after service (mise-en-place and mise-en-scène)
• Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage of items
• Apply effective upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue

Education, Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or vocational training in Food & Beverage
• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
• Good command of spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills
