Job Description
Wynn Al Marjan Island, scheduled to open in Spring 2027, is set to become one of the most prestigious integrated resort destinations in the United Arab Emirates. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this iconic beachfront resort will feature 1,530 luxury rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and a five-star spa, all set on a stunning island overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-driven Waiter to join Wynn Oasis (Employee Dining). This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality food and beverage service to Wynn team members, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and professional dining experience that reflects Wynn’s world-class hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
- Provide service across buffet dining, casual outlets, and themed dining concepts
- Set, clear, and reset tables efficiently to support continuous service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times
- Greet team members warmly and ensure a friendly, professional atmosphere
- Respond courteously to employee requests and resolve minor concerns
- Handle feedback professionally and escalate issues to supervisors when required
- Participate in daily pre-shift briefings to stay aligned with service goals
- Support staff events, catering functions, and banquet services as assigned
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, F&B attendants, and supervisors
- Deliver consistently high-quality food and beverage service
- Establish positive relationships with team members and foster rapport
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance issues immediately
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management
About You (Qualifications & Skills)
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality training preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment
- Professional appearance with a strong customer-service mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience using POS systems
- Strong teamwork and time-management skills
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
