Key Responsibilities
As a Barista, your role will go beyond just making coffee. You will be responsible for delivering a complete café experience to every customer. Your daily duties will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
- Ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks
- Greeting customers warmly and taking orders efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating area
- Handling cash and processing payments accurately
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management
- Following health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Assisting in opening and closing duties of the café

Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista in a café or restaurant in the UAE or internationally
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines
- Friendly personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and time management skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English language skills (additional languages are a plus)
Candidates with latte art skills or specialty coffee experience will have an added advantage.
