Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Assistant at Toys“R”Us, your main goal will be to deliver excellent customer service while driving store sales.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection
  • Provide detailed information about toys, games, and products
  • Recommend suitable items based on customer needs and preferences
  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
  • Handle transactions at the cash register accurately
  • Replenish stock and ensure shelves are fully stocked
  • Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Requirements
