Job Responsibilities
The Warehouse Assistant will support daily warehouse activities within the clothing and fashion department. The role focuses on handling apparel products, organizing inventory, and preparing clothing items for distribution to retail stores.
Key responsibilities include:
• Receiving clothing shipments from suppliers and verifying delivery details
• Unloading cartons and arranging clothing items in designated warehouse locations
• Sorting and organizing apparel based on brand, size, and product category
• Picking and packing clothing items according to store orders
• Preparing shipments for delivery to retail outlets
• Assisting with stock counts and inventory control
• Ensuring proper labeling and packaging of apparel products
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area
• Following safety procedures and company warehouse guidelines
The Warehouse Assistant will work closely with the logistics team to ensure that clothing products are stored properly and distributed efficiently to support Apparel Group’s retail operations.
Requirements
Candidates applying for this position should meet the following requirements:
Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Experience in retail or clothing warehouses is an advantage
Ability to lift boxes and handle physical warehouse tasks
Basic English communication skills
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Team player with a positive attitude
