As a cleanliness expert, you will take ownership of hotel cleanliness, ensuring our guests have a clean, comfortable environment.

Key Duties:

• Provide high-standard guest room cleaning services and ensure every guest feels they can relax and enjoy their time at our hotel.

• Whilst cleaning the guest rooms, lobby areas, and other areas, verify that everything is in proper condition and functioning, and report any items that need repair to the supervisor.
• Follow the daily assignments, collect the keys, and prepare the trolley with necessary equipment to ensure efficient task performance without delay.
• Maintain guest and assigned rooms tidy and spotless, rearranging beds, dusting and vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.

• Coordinate with valet service to collect guests’ clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or ironing.
• Get records and update accurate information of all cleaned rooms in the designated system.
• Keep the pantry area, trolleys, and storage room clean and tidy for the best appearance.
• Adhere to health and sanitation protocols and follow housekeeping department policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
• Strictly follow the lost-and-found policy for any items left in the guest rooms or the lobby.

Qualifications:

• Commit to maintaining high cleanliness standards and excellent attention to detail.
• Previous luxury hotel experience is desirable but not essential.
• High school diploma or vocational training relevant to this position.
• Pleasant and friendly attitude with people interaction skills.
• Energy and resilience for a fast-paced role to perform manual tasks, which include lifting and standing for long periods.
• Ability to follow instructions with basic English communication skills.
• Punctuality, strong work ethic, organizational skills, and excellent time management skills.
• Strong Passion and genuine interest in the hospitality industry to deliver great service.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety and sanitization methods.
