Role Summary

As an Asian Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and quality standards.

Food Preparation & Execution

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes, ensuring authenticity and consistency
  • Follow standardized recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines
  • Maintain high-quality standards across all food items
  • Ensure timely preparation during service hours

Section Management

  • Take ownership of your assigned kitchen section
  • Organize mise en place efficiently before service
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate requirements to supervisors
  • Minimize food waste through proper planning and control

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Support junior team members and assist in training when required
  • Maintain clear communication with the kitchen team during service

Hygiene & Safety

  • Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Ensure cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and storage areas
