Job Title: Kitchen Steward

Kitchen Steward plays a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and supporting the whole kitchen operations. While it is an entry-level position, it is essential to the smooth functioning of hotel food and beverage services for great customer service.

Your Job Key Functions

• Cleaning, arranging, sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, pans, equipment,grills and other work areas.
• Must follow UAE food and safety hygiene standards to be maintained at all times without fail.
• For basic supports in the kitchen staff and chefs, receiving items,bring what is requested from kitchen, handling inventory.
• Wash the dishes, service items, and cooking wares according to our standard level.
• Waste disposal handle according to our Kempinski hotel safety guidelines.
• Assisit to the storekeeper to organize the stock room plus storing areas.
• Food preparation zones, floor, sinks, and tables should always be kept tidy and clean.
• Follow UAE Labour Health and Safety regulations.
• Your cleanines direct impact to our customer satisfaction, so detail in attention is a must.

Candidate Criteria

To be eligible for this position, applicants should meet the following qualifications:

• Secondary or High school education.
• Age between 25 and 35 only.
• Min 1 year of experience as a kitchen steward in a star-class hotel or high-end restaurant.
• This jobs matters physical demanding, so prepare.
• Willing to work split shifts.
• Well understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Enthusiastic positive attitude.
