Job Vacancy: Barista

The Barista role is central to the cafe experience. You will not just be preparing coffee; you are creating customer attraction and satisfaction through every cup served.

At Mile Cafe, baristas are expected to maintain high food and safety standards of beverage preparation while delivering warm and professional guest service in the cafe.

Primary Duties

• Preparing espresso-based caffeinated beverages, specialty coffee, and other pressed juices,protein shakes, frappuccinos, and smoothies.
• Handling Operating espresso machines and grinders efficiently.
• Serving beverages and light food items to customers
• If the floor is busy might assist the FOH during peak hours.
• At all cost Maintaining cleanliness of the coffee machines,equipments,refrigerators and workstations.
• Stable consistency in the quality of the beverages.
• High-quality creative presentation.
• Handling customer orders calmly and with a smiling attitude.
• Bar inventory, restocking beans, milk, fruits, H2O, and supplies when needed.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Previous experience as a barista is an advantage(Prefer min 1year)
• Well Understanding of grinding coffee, brewing, speciality coffees, and preparation is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cafe environment while minimizing mistakes.
• Fluent in English.
• Customer-friendly character.
• Growth-oriented mindset and improve skills.
