Job Role Barista

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality cafe drinks, speciality coffee, brew coffees. smoothies, detox juices, and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service on timely manner.ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

This role requires attention to detail, a genuine passion for coffee, and hospitality and willing to grow every day.

Key Responsibilities

Will include:

• Preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, cold press, our signature drinks, shakes and herbal drinks.
• Well-experienced in operating coffee machines and ensuring proper maintenance.
• Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently minimizes errors.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service at all times.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times around the work station.
• Handling cash, card payments, and processing transactions when required.
• Keep an eye on Par levels and monitor inventory levels.
• Following company recipes, signatures and presentation standards.
• Ensuring food safety Regulations.
• Assisting team members during busy periods to run smooth operation workflow.

Applicants should meet the following criteria

• High school diploma or a Qualified Certificate as a Barista.
• Min 1 Year experience as a barista.
• well Knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing, grinding and techniques, and equipment.
• Strong Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality
• This Position is runs on a flexible schedule.
