Our Standards

As a Barista at Tiramisu Cafe, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Coffee Preparation & Beverage Crafting

• Prepare espresso-based drinks such as cappuccino, latte, flat white, americano, and specialty v60, chemex, french press plus smoothies, cold press beverages
• Follow company standard recipes and presentation guidelines according to our cafe theme.
• Consistency in taste, temperature, and quality at always in every sip.
• Maintain proper coffee extraction, brewing methods, techniques, and milk frothing and steaming in high standards.
• Take orders accurately and provide cafe product recommendations.
• Deliver a warm and welcoming dining experience with a smile.
• Handle customer inquiries in professional manner.
• knowledge of operating espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other cafe equipment.
• Work closely with other baristas, wait staff, and kitchen team (We need a spirit of Team)
• Work under pressure during peak hours with a positive attitude.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista is a must. (Min 1-2 year of experience)
• Well understanding of coffee preparation techniques and latte art.
• Fluent In English. Additional language is a plus point.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Willingness to learn always and level up skills continuously.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, especially on public holidays.
