Job Responsibilities
The Commis Chef will assist the kitchen team in preparing meals for online food orders while maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting chefs in food preparation and cooking according to company recipes
• Washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients such as vegetables, meat, and sauces
• Preparing menu items quickly and accurately for delivery orders
• Ensuring proper food presentation and packaging for delivery
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
• Following food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Assisting with stock rotation and ingredient storage
• Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
• Ensuring orders are prepared on time for delivery riders

Requirements
Candidates applying for this position should meet the following criteria:
Previous experience as a Commis Chef or kitchen assistant

Ability to follow recipes and kitchen standards
Experience in fast casual restaurants, delivery kitchens, or cloud kitchens will be considered an advantage.
