Role Overview
As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for providing professional, friendly, and efficient service to guests in the hotel’s restaurant or lounge outlets. You will represent the Hilton brand by ensuring every guest receives a memorable and personalized dining experience.
This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements
• Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and beverages
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables and responding to requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Process bills and handle payments accurately
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams during busy periods
Candidate Requirements
✔ Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or upscale restaurant preferred
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
✔ Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
✔ Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
