Key Responsibilities
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding beverage service while maintaining high service standards:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency and presentation standards.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests at the bar and lounge area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar counter and storage areas.
- Ensure proper stock levels and assist in inventory control.
- Follow UAE hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally.
- Work closely with the restaurant and service team to ensure smooth operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Friendly personality with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
- Knowledge of UAE hospitality standards is an advantage.
