Barista Role – Its something More Than Just Coffee

As a barista, you are crafting a product that reflects our cafe’s identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality coffee drinks, signature beverages, and specialty beverages with precision.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable drinks according to request.
• Coffee machine maintenance knowledge is a plus.
• Present beverages with visual appeal and maintain the taste of drinks.
• Bar back station keeps clean and organized.
• Without working as a team, this gonna fail this job.
• stock levels of coffee beans, milk, fruits, ingredients, and supplies are maintained.

Waiter / Waitress Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Warm welcoming guests and guide them through the menu.
• Take, verify and deliver orders accurately and efficiently to the table.
• Always ensure tables are clean, organized, and well-presented once the customer leaves.
• Anticipate customer needs, upselling, suggestions, and respond proactively.
• Handle customer feedback with professionalism way and resolve it with end of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff and barista teams for smooth customer satisfaction service.

Requirements must fullfill:

• Previous experience in a high end cafe or restaurant setting preferred.
• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• Presentable appearance, Positive attitude, and professional manner in the service.
• Ability to work in a customer-focused fast-paced environment while handling the pressure of work.
• working shift flexibility.
