What You’ll Be Doing

As a Barista at Tealive, your vital responsibility is to get customer orders and prepare them on time, ypu may make our bubble teas, caffeinated drinks, and other refreshment beverages with consistency while ensuring a great, fast, and reliable customer service. You will be the first face of our brand, interacting with customers and providing a customer satisfaction.

This role goes beyond just making beverages and drinks — it’s about creating memorable taste experiences and maintaining the quality of our brand.

How You’ll Contribute

• Hygiene comes first must follow our high standard safety guidelines.
• Prepare caffeinated drinks, smoothies, bubble teas, and other instant beverages according to the timeline without delaying.
• Upsell our signature beverages whenever the customer requires recommendations.
• Presentation guidelines and follow our signature menu recipe by using exact ingredients and amounts.
• Professional, friendly and positive customer service.
• Receive the customer delivery orders through Careem, Talabat, and Deliveroo machines and prepare for delivery on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace
• Handle cash and process Apple Pay card, QLUB, and emirates payments.
• Stay updated with the stocks and refill supplies, and manage stock levels without wastage.
• Ensure all coffee machines, presses, and other equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
• Work as a team to provide smooth operations.
• able to work on Flexible shifts.
• Peak hours may require extended working time.

Your Strengths

Candidates applying for this role should meet the following qualifications:

• Previous barista or food & beverage experience is an advantage.
• Freshers are also welcome to our family.
• Knowledge of bubble tea .drink preparation is a plus
• Good command of English (oral and written).
• Our cafes’ fast-paced environment, so you must be able to adapt.
• Friendly, hygienic, and positive personality.
• Capable of working flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Basic Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
• EFTS is a plus.
