Those who get selected should be currently based in the United Arab Emirates and willing to relocate.

Waiter Position 

As a Waiter or Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality dining experience to guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that customers feel welcomed and satisfied throughout their visit.

This role isn’t just a guest-serving job.We are expecting something more than you can bring to the table. requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.

Job Responsibilities

Customer  Service

• Greet, Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Escort customers to their tables as per their requests.
• Present menus and upselling menu items and suggestions.

Order Taking & Service

• Get the accurate food and beverage orders and send through the pos.
• Communicate customer orders clearly to the kitchen team to smooth operation.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner without being delayed.
• Check on guests during their dining experience to ensure that customer make happy and satisfied.

Table Management

• Set up tables, cutlery, table napkins, and back preparation before service begins.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly arranged at all.
• Clear the plates fast and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and work station.

Customer Interaction

• Handle customer inquiries and provide recommendations for upsells or cross sells.
• Address  Guest complaints politely and professionally
• Fast solving of issues is a plus.

We Expect from you

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred (Min 1yr )
• Fluency in English plus Arabic is a plus.
• Friendly personality with a positive attitude comes with smile.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy restaurant environment.
• A diploma or Degree in Food and Beverage.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
