Candidate Criteria
We are looking for individuals who bring more than just technical skills to the table.
- Physical Stamina: The ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays, plates and utensils.
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant or a star-class hotel.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, fluency in English (Italian) is a significant advantage, but not mandatory.
- Education: a diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management will be highly preferred.
- Personality: A naturally positive, outgoing, “can-do” attitude with the ability to remain calm and work professionally under high-volume work.
- Flexibility: Availability to work in different shifts(3 rotational shifts)includes weekend prepare to work under pressure.
- Grooming: A professional, pleasant appearance and commitment to personal hygiene at all times.

Principal Tasks
As a Waiter or Waitress at a public restaurant, your role is pivotal to the guest’s journey.
- Menu Mastery: Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our menu, signature dishes, beverages, speciality coffees and desserts, including ingredients, potential allergens, and daily specials. You should be able to make recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Service Standards: Ensuring timely delivery of dishes to our valuable customers, eye on table maintenance (clearing plates, table cleans, floor, cutlery setups, napkins, and refilling drinks if required), and conducting “quality checks” always to bring guest satisfaction.
- Guest Engagement: Greeting guests with a warm, authentic smile and guiding them to their tables. Be our face brand.
- Order Management: Accurately taking food and beverage orders,sugettions to customer,explain about allergens, upselling our products, and entering them into our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Beverage Service: Serving hot and cold beverages according to our brand standards.
- Payment Processing: Handling bills and processing payments via cash or card accurately.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area and adhering to all Dubai Municipality health and safety regulations.
