Experience in busy venues or nightlife concepts is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Supervisor
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations
- Support and lead the service team
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest concerns professionally
Bartender
- Prepare and serve beverages to the highest standards
- Engage with guests and create a fun atmosphere
- Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels
Hostess
- Welcome and seat guests warmly
- Manage reservations and guest flow
- Maintain a positive first impression of the venue
Waiter / Waitress
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure smooth coordination with bar and kitchen teams
