Front Of House

As a front-of-house team member (FOH) at JJ Chicken, you are the first impression our guests see and the lasting impression they take home. You will be taking charge of greeting customers warmly, taking their orders accurately, processing payments by cash or card through our systems, and ensuring every guest is satisfied with their orders.

FOH roles require strong, fluent English communication and problem-solving skills, a naturally upbeat positive personality, and the ability to stay composed during busy service rush hours. You do not need prior restaurant experience to apply — we provide full job training. But what matters most is your willingness to show up, passion for customer service, work hard, and treat every guest with genuine respect.

Our Shift supervisors will take on additional responsibilities, including opening shift and closing shift duties, FOH team coordination, and handling guest complaints and feedback. Team Leadership experience is a bonus, but we are happy to develop supervisors from within who demonstrate the above-and-beyond attitude and commitment.

Back Of House Job role

Our kitchen team is the heartbeat of JJ Chicken. As a back-of-house team member, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, in our kitchen environment where consistency, high standard cleanliness, and speed are vital. From prep seasons, marinades, and breading chicken to managing fry stations and plating orders, according to our menu, BOH roles are hands-on and deeply satisfying for those who love the craft of food preparation.

Kitchen team members are always expected to maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety at all times, follow our signature recipes and portion guidelines precisely. A positive team-first attitude is essential — no lone wolves in our kitchen. We are all one family.

Hours and Scheduling

We offer full-time contract-based positions to suit a range of lifestyles and commitments.Our vision is to make our employees’ lives and work balance. Shifts are available across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and during the day. We operate seven days a week, so flexible availability — including availability on weekends — is a strong requirement to commit yourself.

When you join JJ Chicken, you will receive a consistent schedule with reasonable advance notice so you can plan your work-life balance around your shifts — not the other way around.

For kitchen roles, basic food handling knowledge is helpful. A valid food hygiene certificate is a bonus, but not a requirement. For supervisory roles across both FOH and BOH, previous experience in a leadership or team-lead capacity will strengthen your application significantly.

Relevant field experience, but a fresher can apply.

Diploma in Hospitality is a plus.

Age must be between 25-35 only.

Willing to relocate to our branches (Dubai Motor City, Al Barsha, Kite Beach, Dubai Mall, DFC Mall, Discovery Gardens)

Fluent In English.

Basic Knowledge of POS System Handling.

Able to run, walk, and stand for long hours.
