Service Crew Overview

As a Service Crew Member in Popeye, you will be responsible for ensuring customers have a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from the moment they walk in until they leave the tables. Basically this role acts in both front-of-house and operational support duties in the restaurent.

You will represent our brand’s image through your service and presentable attitude.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Be

• Welcoming, greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude with a smile.
• Get the food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems and send KOT to the kitchen asap.
• Preparing delivery items and beverages when required.
• Serving food asap once the kitchen releases, while maintaining our brand presentation standards.
• Able to handle customer inquiries, complaints, suggestions and resolve minor concerns.
• Processing payments (cash, card and Qclub systems)
• Always maintain table cleanliness of dining areas once the customer leaves, counters, and workstations .
• Refilling supplies such as napkins, sauces, and delivery packaging items, & mission plus.
• Following food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Assisting with the kitchen during rush mall hours.

What We’re Expect In You

To succeed in this role,

• High school qualification, Food and beverage Degree or diploma level.
• Prior experience in fast food, restaurants or cafe environment.
• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus (Not Mandatory)
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during weekends.
• Eager to learn and follow company standards.
• Knowledge of POS Systems.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit to stand for long hours.
