Position Commis I Chef

As a Commis I Chef, you will be responsible for executing our signature healthy menu items with accuracy and maintaining kitchen standards. This position is not suitable for a beginner level or a fresher. You are expected to bring foundational culinary experience and a strong understanding of kitchen operations.

Your Kitchen Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients, mission plus, preperation and place them according to kitchen standards.
  • Cook menu items with precision, following 100% exact recipes and portion guidelines according to our healthy menu.
  • Quality expectations come first, and then presentation.
  • Maintain hygine and organization of your workstation at all times.
  • Stay update with stock levels and communicate shortages in advance.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Whenever need asssist in inspecting and receiving delivery goods.
  • Work supportively with senior staff during peak hours as a team.
  • Minimize food waste through proper handling and storage.

Minimum requirements include:

  • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or related field is must.
  • Min 1-2 years of proven experience as a Commis I or similar role in a professional kitchen.

  • Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
  • Fluent In English.
