Your Main Role

Working in Coco Cafe and Playhouse as a Waiter or Waitress, you will be in charge of ensuring guests receive excellent service, feel comfortable and satisfied with great hospitality service. Your role is vital in making a smooth, delightful dining experience for our guests.

You will be our brand, and you will represent the Coco Café’s energy, commitment, and strength to provide a great quality.

What We’re Seeking For

Hunger to Learn, passionate about contributing an excellent customer service with team spirit?

Basic Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant is must.
• Fluent in English(verbal and written).
• Friendly, naturally engaging, and approachable character.
• The capability of working in high volume workloads
• Multitasker.
• Especially on UAE public holidays and weekend working flexibility(for the public holiday, extra compensation will be added).

Work Environment & Schedule

• Shift-based working hours (9 hours of duty includes the Break time)
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

What Your Job Will Be:

• With a positive attitude, welcome the customers and guide them to tables.
• Our Menu recommendation, explanation, and suggestions with F&B Options.
• Serve with manners, politely, and in a friendly way.
• Communicate with the kitchen before confirming the customer’s request orders such as allergies.
• Be aware of Hygiene and Food and safety Standards.
• Handle customer bills, card payments, cash sales, and closings.
• Check on customers after serve to ensure satisfaction.
• Knowledge of POS Systems.
• Keep the cleanliness of tables, floor, and dining areas always once the guests leave.
• Corporate in closing and setting up a restaurant.
• Address guest concerns effectively and professionally.
• Upsell, Crossell items.
• Be a hygienic, well-groomed person.
