Your Role Character Will Be

As a Sales Assistant in Al F uttaim, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience. You will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store operates smoothly on a daily basis.

This role is not just about selling our products; it’s about totally understanding customer needs, building relationships with customers, and representing the brand with professional way.

Core Responsibilities

• With a smile and positive attitude, warmly welcome customers.
• Explain accurate info about our products and ongoing promotions.
• Keep the store nice and neat.
• Store displays have to shuffle according to the trend and keep well organized.
• visually appealing and refill the stacks whenever the stock runs out.
• Patiently handle the complaint of the customer and provide the solution as soon as possible.
• Process transactions using the Point of Sales system.
• Accomplish the monthly sales target individually and team sales.
• Assist in inventory cycle management and stock recounts.

Who You Are

• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication in English, written and verbal.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• basic math knowledge to cash handling with pos knowlegde.
• Customer-friendly.
• Able to work under pressure, especially on weekends.
• Person to go forward with positive attitude.
• inventory knowledge.
