Inside the Role

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be highly responsible for maintaining cleanliness, workstations’ cleanliness, organizing, and strictly following hygiene standards across designated areas. Ensure that it provides a safe environment and is comfortable for staff, guests, and operational teams.

This job is about being keen in details, keeping consistent the hygiene level, and providing your corporation to align with international standard levels.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

• Clean properly, such as sweeping and mopping, and maintain assigned rooms, offices, and our operational areas.
• All designated areas must meet our hygiene and safety standard requirements.
• Replace the linens, clothes, towels, and restock any items that are required, and other supplies as well.
• Maintenance issues, stock issues, and damages must be reported as soon as possible.
• The cleaning checklist and designated cleaning area schedule must be followed accurately.
• Use a safety method whenever using strong chemicals.
• Stock levels have to be maintain of the store for housekeeping supplies.
• During peak hours or weekends, support each other to provide a better service.
• Complete daily assigning task according to the timeline.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Min 1 year of housekeeping or cleaning experience in star class hotel or high end restaurent.
• Fluent in English.
• must be physically able to lift heavy items and stand long hours during the busy season.
• Well understanding of safety and hygiene guidelines and strictly follow them.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• work as a team to achieve the goal every single day.
• Capable of working on the night shift if required. (our service runs 24/7)
• Leadership skills, willing to work alone if required.
• Basic knowledge about chemical products.
