Position Of Waiter/Waitress

As a Waiter or Waitress, you will be the front line of the restaurant, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional, unforgettable dining experience once they arrive until they leave the restaurant wit satisfaction.

Your Job Responsibilities

• Warm welcome the guests and guid them into tables and present the menu.
• Prepare delivery orders such like noon, talabat & careem according to online deliveries.
• Note down the customer order accurately and suggest recommendations.
• Assists the barista if required to help in making juices.
• Serve dishes and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Well organized, maintains the cleanliness of the dining area at all times.
• Response positvely if customer complaints and resolve them with customer satisfaction.
• Corporately with kitchen members and bar teams to run a smooth operation in the restaurant.
• Upsell, cross-sell, recommend menu items, and promote daily signature specials when appropriate.
• Must follow all hygiene, safety guidelines, and F&B service standards.

What We’re Expecting For

• Previous experience in a high-end restaurant.(Min 1-2 years of Experince)
• Fluency in English plus Arabic or Russian, is a plus but not mandatory.
• To a customer-first mindset bring the postive attitude.
• Handling work under pressure during restaurent rush hours and multitask.
• Being a Team player.
• Food and beverage diploma.
• Flexibility to rotational shifts, split shifts, and public holidays.
• Candidate must be willing to relocate anywhere in the United Arab Emirates.
