Role Overview
As a Barista at Verra Wellness Gym, your role goes beyond coffee-making. You will be responsible for preparing both classic café beverages and health-focused drinks that align with the gym’s wellness philosophy.
You’ll interact daily with fitness enthusiasts, trainers, and members who value quality, consistency, and friendly service. Your energy and attention to detail will directly impact their experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of beverages including coffee, smoothies, fresh juices, and protein shakes
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
- Provide friendly and engaging service to gym members and guests
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage station
- Handle orders efficiently during peak gym hours
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients such as milk, fruits, supplements, and syrups
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Support the team in maintaining a positive and energetic environment
- Stay updated on new wellness drink trends and menu items
