The job actually involves:

You run it, and you own it. This role goes beyond what a regular bartender does. Daily Responsibilities:

• Offer a curated selection of elegantly prepared, well-presented alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to the standards of fine dining for taste.
• Greet each customer promptly and with a gracious smile, maintain good posture, and connect with them visually.
• Complete knowledge of bar items and ingredients.
• Be prepared to greet and assist the VIPs upon arrival in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner, including setting up and providing beverages.
• Interact with guests to take orders, make suggestions, and provide comprehensive details about Cipriani’s special signature dishes.
• Ensure that all other responsibilities delegated by the supervisor are completed, and keep the dining areas and bar equipment in good condition and clean.

Skills and Experince:

• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent higher diploma in hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment is expected.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the main languages used in the workplace.
• Familiarity with UAE laws and regulations concerning alcohol service, wine, spirit, and alcohol product knowledge.
• A refined and polished look that aligns with the ambiance of a fine dining setting.
• With the ability to bend, stoop, kneel, push, pull, and stand for an extended time.
• Given the work industry’s nature, employees might be expected to adhere to different schedules.
• Stay organized, keep focused, and remain calm during rush hour periods.
