Garrett popcorn operates under Al Abbar Enterprises along with another establishment in the United Arab Emirates that founded in 1949 in Chicago, which represents brands such as Yogurtland, Candylicious, and Garrett. Central to our mission lies the pursuit of opportunities for growth and extending our footprint both within the UAE and internationally. We are proudly expanding into every city in the UAE, and Karak House, which now includes two bistros: Bistros, Klay by Kara, and Chocolatier, all under one group.We leverage our resources, expertise, and networks to ensure sustained value wherever we function.Al Abbar manages a range of franchised and food and beverage brands, functioning as facilitators in the industry, aiding in the expansion and scaling of those brands.

Summary of the job:

The team is responsible for upholding excellent customer service and delivering high-quality products. Each candidate must be capable of performing in every job role. The responsibilities for each crew position encompass customer service, presentation, cash handling, and cleaning. We are on the lookout for a friendly addition to our team to deliver top-notch customer experiences for our patrons. Make sure to excel in a busy environment.

• Preperation of food,packaging and serve popcorn base products according to the garret popcorn brand standard and recipes.
• Be awaring all products which belongs to garret and the prices.
• Ensure delivery if the highest level of customer service in a clean and safe environment.
• Follow basic essentials of clean uniforms, grooming and punctuality.
• Prevent cross contamination.
• Monitor product freshness and stock levels according to the company quality guidelines.
• United as a team, provide mutual assistance with the employees’ responsibilities.
• Responsive and courteous handling of guest inquiries, suggestions, and requests is required.
• Daily production, following the schedule and recipes, is in accordance with Garrett brand standards.

Quaifications:

• One to two years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry is desirable, though not mandatory. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• A passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Good English communication is key, and being able to communicate in Arabic is a plus.
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays, I am willing.
• Basic numeracy for handling cash and point-of-sale machines.
• Satisfaction with work in a speedy environment.
• A willingness to acquire training from supervisors and maintain team spirit.
