Our expanding team of five members is in the process of recruiting additional personnel,.This isn’t just a job of standing behind the POS machine and repeating kind of job. Five guys on a rotational schedule, guys run the restaurant, and you will get to learn everything, including grilling, frying, customer service, cash handling, bun making, and dish preparation. It’s not a job restricted to a single station, providing a strong experience in a fast-food chain

Key Responsibilities:

Customer service

• Ensure that our company procedures are followed by keeping the food and beverages always fresh and accurate.
• Offer a consistently outstanding and friendly customer service experience, characterized by a warm demeanor, knowledgeable behavior about the menu items, and enthusiastic support.
• Keep the pace of meeting daily goals by operating swiftly and efficiently, with a sense of urgency, to fulfill customers’ orders.
• In the event of a customer complaint, pay close attention, offer an apology, and resolve the issue promptly.
• S.E.T. principles are followed to enhance the guest experience.

Cashiering

• Maintain the checkout area.
• Receive payment in cash, via credit card, vouchers, or Qlub payments.
• Refunds and resolved receipt issues should be handled with minimal supervision.
• At the start of the day, counting the cash and making sure all bill payments add up without involving cash ensures accuracy.

Health & Safety

• Under health and safety legislation, reports must be submitted immediately for injuries, illnesses, burns, or accidents.
• Make sure your work complies with occupational health and safety laws.
• Following the food and safety sanitization and hygiene procedures must always be done.
• If kitchen equipment fails, report it to the head chef.

Store Operation

• Verify the delivery of goods upon arrival, ensuring they are in perfect condition and at the correct temperature.
• Make sure to adhere to the storage procedures and guidelines for products, employing the FIFO method.
• Regularly label, inspect, and check store items; should any issue arise, report it immediately.
• Communicating is important to ensure the right product availability.

Qualifications:

• One year working in a fast food chain or restaurant as a service crew is acceptable, though not strictly mandatory; applications are welcome.
• A high school diploma or an equivalent in F&B.
• Naturally top-notch customer service.
• Observe company protocols for food safety, hygiene, and sanitization methods.
• Efficiency and multitasking ability in fast food restaurant work.
• Fundamental math abilities for handling cash as well as the capability to operate a POS system.
• Essential English communication abilities.
• Flexibility to operate at varied hours.

As a member of the Five Guys crew, I usually share some shifts at the fast food restaurant. A wrapper who folds the burger and maintains the right salt level is appreciated. Cafes, casual dining establishments, and fast food chains from the Gulf tend to settle in a particular area quickly.
