What role will you play

This job isn’t for someone to grab the dishes from the kitchen or bar, serve, and leave. These roles match someone who is always fast and guest-friendly, with a presentable attitude, a person that enjoying the atmosphere while providing excellent service.

• First impressions are your first job., professionally Warmly welcome the guest to the pool bar area.
• Becoming a pro about menu and liquor knowledge, ingredients, and guest recommendations with confidence depends on their mood of craving.
• Get the customer order accurately without mistakes and pass it to the kitchen team.
• Know the difference between liquor, spirits, mocktails, cocktails, and be able to explain our Mediterranean dishes.
• Grab the beverages according to the order timings from the bar and deliver them to the guest dining area or poolside beds.
• Maintain the high standards of the food and drinks visuality & that’s our identity.
• Keep eyes on the tables, side tables, about clearance plates and glasses before the guest raises their hands.
• Without being hesitate anticipate guest requirements or requests before they ask and help to run the operation smoothly during peak hours and holidays.
• Work poolside area with the coordination of bar staff to maintain a timely manner of guest service.
• Cash and card payment processes, presentation of bills, and handling a customer issue or complaint professionally; customer reviews matter to our business.
• Follow safety and health guidelines set by our Food and beverage standards.
• Assist with brunch services, sundowner sessions, and ladies’ events.
• Standing for hours continually and having good stamina to work during the summer temperatures.

What you must bring to the table

• Must be Fluent In english and Russian, French or Italian is an advantage. not mandatory.
• Minimum 1- 2 years of star-class hotel or high volume resturent f&b service experience.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, wines, liquors, and Mediterranean dishes.
• During the brunch, weekends, and public holidays provides a great service under pressure.
• Well-groomed and hygienic appearance runs throughout the day even under the sun.
• Split shifts, weekends, and public holidays, working flexibility.
• A Diploma or certificated to the related field.
• The skills of knowing how to upsell our menu items, suggest second rounds, and keep the guests satisfied for long hours.
• West level 1 wine knowledge is a plus point.
• This is so important – having previous experience in pool bar operation is preferred – the environment is different than indoor dining service.
