Let’s Eat Food Company, United Arab based food chain company that is rapidly growing across the UAE. Our operation is wide in many food styles. Mr. Crab, let’s eat catering. Tray bae, Chunk Bakehouse. Ciao, pasta, butter, and yolk. Baking is our restaurant’s belongs to our proud food family. We might yet nit the best, but we are becoming fast and growing, and we have a great small team that plays their role in the kitchen with talents, and now were while expanding

Founded – Let’s Eat Food Company was founded in 2020 as a creative, homegrown food business in the United Arab Emirates.

Restaurant Branches – Our company operates with around 200 employees across the UAE branches.

We are innovative and rapidly growing with our significant brands, such as MR crab(Seafood restaurant), tray bae(British sweets), chunk bakehouse(viral bakery products and pastries), Ciao pasta( Italian cuisines in arab land), and butter and yolk(artisanal bakery products).

Job Frame

Here’s what we think you deserve before applying for this sous chef position. Our kitchen operates in fast-paced environments. we always keep our higher standards. No negotiations. You will be grinding on Sunday. We have customer spikes, sudden ups and downs. your go get a mindset here within our organization. Being a team player that working for one goal is our strength. Our kitchen is based on culture, not just talent. So we are allowing you to show your skills and value your ideas to grow our company and build something genuinely.

  • After the second head chef you will be the the next person in charge of the whole kitchen.
  • Make sure the mise en place procedure is consistent and accurate according to our kitchen guidelines.
  • Supervise daily kitchen preparation and production of all sections.
  • Guide for porters, assistant cooks, line cooks, chef de partie, and commis chefs throughout the daily operation.
  • innovate, try new dishes, collaborate with the head chef for seasonal menus and experiments.
  • Highly maintain kitchen hygiene standards, following HACCP standards according to Dubai Municipality guidelines.
  • Aside from the head chef, do the kitchen stock inventory, stock order manage the stock levels without wastage according to par levels.
  • Manage food cost and and portion controls.
  • Prepare staff schedules, duty roster, and briefing with kitchen staff to run a smooth operation.
  • Being a calm and focused team player during high-volume kitchen orders takes.
  • Assist in calling tickets, control the team, garnish/check every plated food before it goes to the service.

Desired Skills

  • Include 1 – 2 years of sous chef experience, with 5 years of high-volume kitchen experience.
  • Having a strong, modest/international culinary foundation.
  • Proven kitchen experience and developed skills in leadership.
  • Well-founded in the kitchen and kitchen hygiene and food safety control.
  • A degree in Food and Beverage is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Effective communication in English and the Arabic language is a plus point.
  • keep the standard of the food quality while working under pressure during weekends.
  • Solid knowledge of leadership, handling the kitchen, and inventory control.

Salary Package

4500 AED to 8000 AED Tax-free salary per month.

Every year annual incentives and an employment bonus for the best service.

Service charges will be added, excluding the salary.

We provide the UAE employment resident visa for two years contract.

Personal medical insurance includes vision issues, except dental.

3 Duty Uniforms and one duty meal are provided during working hours.

Return the fight ticket allowance every year, and a reward for the employee of the month.

We don’t provide housing allowance, but transport can be managed.
