Job Function

This job is suitable for a highly responsible, well-disciplined, and motivated driver who gives their full energy to support our team. This job position connects the company’s and 3rd party warehouses. As our noorka logistics driver plays a significant part in our day-to-day operation. You will be delivered inside the state of Abu Dhabi and Dubai warehouses and to our clients with secure and safe on-time delivery. Make sure fragile, heavy goods items are delivered safely to our commercial clients without any damage. Throughout the day, you will deliver several of our goods, and the day will end with all signed documents and the return of the vehicle to our warehouse carefully. for next-day delivery. This job matches those who enjoy early morning start-up, safe driving through the traffic, encountering new locations, and new clients through punctual delivery.

Key Tasks

Loading – Get the items with the support of the warehouse team, load it to your vehicle that is assigned according to our standard weight. Set it with tapes or straps, or mesh nets if required, and deliver it respectfully.

Delivery – Once our warehouse teams confirm your delivery goods on the plan, each day you will have a different delivery location schedule.

Warehouse – Assist our warehouse team with sorting for a quick delivery schedule without delaying. stack delivery on the loading bay for rapid delivery.

Inventory – Receiving bay inventory checking, loading bay inventory checking, report if there’s any discrepancy or damage as soon as possible to the warehouse manager.

Equipments – Handle warehouse equipment in a safe manner, including pallet jacks, roller, hand trucks, barcode scanners, RF guns, and trolleys.

Returning – offload undelivered, reschedule delivery goods, and handle damages. Provide all documents that you received with stamps, scan them, and upload them to the system.

Driving Manner – Follow the delivery schedule plan and execute. avoid accidents and fines for a smooth delivery without delays. Our express delivery has to be delivered before the end of the specific time.

Knowledge – Basics of using barcode scanners, Microsoft Excel knowledge, checking POD, and taking pictures of the goods and damaged items.

Vehicle Inspect – Before starting the journey and post-trip check the condition of the vehicle; if any requirements or adjustments are needed, inform the person in charge.

Represent – Be our brand of delivering following hygiene standards, noorka uniforms, polite language, patient demeanour under tight delivery deadlines with a yes attitude.

Solution Finder – politely handle our customers with a friendly approachable attitude, help them if an assistant is required without dropping and leaving.

Qualification Requirements

United Arab Emirates valid heavy or light vehicle manual gear driving license without any black points or road violations.

At least two years of experience in the professional delivery of goods.

Warehouse tasks such as packing sheet picks, packing, and double verifying are additional.

Must be physically healthy and fit to lift, store, pull, bend, and push packages frequently weighing up to 15KG.

Having knowledge of Ms office package, Omni 7, warehouse systems, smartphone navigation, scanning, and digital equipment troubleshooting knowledge.

English writing and speaking are mandatory, plus speaking Urdu, Hindi, Tagalog, or Arabic is an advantage.

Age should be below 40 years old.

Employment visa (30-day notice period), visit visa, and freelance visa holders are welcome.
