Job Summary:
The apparel group is currently looking for a candidate who is hardworking, loyal, and dependable in their job responsibilities. This is open to freshers, and it’s an entry-level job that will help run a smooth daily operation. This job is suitable for those with a visit visa or an employment visa, and for those looking to start afresh and grow in a world-class company.
Core day- to -day Responsibilities
- Unload the receiving items and materials. As a helper, this is a vital part of the job to do every day. Coordinate with the delivery drivers for receiving goods. Get the receipts and delivery notes, and assist with unloading and unpacking the goods. Match the quantity and the quality of the products according to the goods receiving note. Move and send the items safely to the warehouse or stock room, and avoid damage or mismatches during checking.
- Support for the retail showroom staff with shelf item replacement, item display, and new arrivals. Transfer stock from the vendor to the store room or warehouse, then to the retail floor, and ensure it is displayed and organized in accordance with company standards.
- Sorting and stock room organization: once you’ve finished receiving, the next step is to move and stack those goods without causing damage. It has to be labeled, sorted by section, and updated in the company’s stock control system. While categorizing, you must keep every single item in the designated area and label it.
- Maintain cleanliness around the work areas and keep them tidy. That will be your other main responsibility: keeping the showroom receiving area and the stock room free of clutter, including sweeping the floor, disposing of all used packaging materials, and keeping the walkways clear.
- Coordinate and support retail and warehouse staff as required. Carry out the duties assigned by store managers, supervisors, warehouse in-charge, and team leaders with respect. Apparel works as a team for one vision, so team spirit is really important.
- Dispatching and stock transfers in the logistics department are carried out as needed. When branches send the packing list, help the team to pack those items according to the standards and assist in loading them into delivery vehicles. Strictly follow the packing and assorting rules to avoid mistakes.

- Basic secondary/10th-grade or high school educational background.
- Strong physical fitness and stamina that can lift 26 pounds, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
- Basic communication skills of English reading, writing, and speaking.
- Positive attitude, hunger to learn, attention to detail, and punctuality.
- Previous experience in general labor as a helper is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to work under pressure during the peak season and help to reach the company’s monthly targets.
- Availability for a flexible working schedule includes working on public holidays.
- Professional and friendly team player with a spirit to work as a family.
- The candidate must be relocated per the company’s requirements.
