Position Overview: Warehouse Assistant

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in managing daily warehouse operations. Starting from receiving shipments to picking items, preparing orders for dispatch, your contribution ensures smooth supply chain operations in our warehouse.

This role is ideal for individuals who can perform physical work,cabability of lifting 20lbs, perform structured tasks, and work in a one family.

Warehouse Responsibilities

Your daily tasks include:

• Receiving items from 3rd party vendors and inspect it.
• Check the quality of the items, separate damages, and report to the supervisor.
• Organizing products by bin location in designated storage areas in the warehouse.
• Based on the packing sheet, pick the items accurately with the mentioned quantity and packed and mention labels.
• Report to the section in charge for daily cycle counts, bin counts, and discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse sections tidy at all.
• Prepare goods, pack with safety, and stack in the designated area for retails outlets delivery.
• Reporting damaged or missing items or overage to the supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• High school Education plus a supply chain or logistics-relevant diploma is considered.
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and able to lift items max 33lbs when required.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
• Ability to follow the section head, supervisor’s instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Microsoft Excel basic knowledge.

Freshers with a strong work ethic are also encouraged to apply.

Warehouse Environment

Our BFL Warehouse operations Sometimes could be fast-paced and physically demanding. You may be required

• Stand or move for long periods of hours. (Our Duty Hour Is 8 Hours due to season must go for over time)
• Handle boxes, items and packages carefully by using trolly, jack pallet.
• Able to use RF guns, barcode scanners.
• knowledge of forklift is a plus point.
• Work in day shifts, night shifts, including evenings or weekends.(Our working schedule is rotational)
