Your Job Responsibilities

Mira LLC’s cleaning staff are assigned daily to complete cleaning tasks in residences, apartments, and villas, and to maintain a professional cleaning operation throughout the day.

Jumeirah Village Circle, Al Quoz, Deira, private villas, townhouses, Offices, business hubs, and luxury community areas will be where your work might be.

• Cleaning throughout the living areas of the balcony, hallway, guest lobbies, ground floors, and washrooms that belong to the property.
• Clean, scrub, and sanitize the residency washrooms and refill the liquids.
• Check the stock level of toiletries, tissues, paper towels, hand wash, and sanitizers.
• Picture frames, railings, statues, staircases, elevators, sofas, and lamps should be cleaned and polished to meet the cleaning standard.
• For damaged items or broken things, immediately report to the cleaning staff.
• Residency/apartment parking area, jogging area, and outdoor resting area should be kept clean and consistent.
• Sweep and mop the floor thoroughly in the lobby area, washrooms, balcony, and, if necessary, other places.
• Organize the stock room area, chemical store, and other laundry store clothes shelves.
• Remove waste every morning once the report is done and before leaving. washroom has to be checked every 4 hours.
• Follow the cleaning schedule and report to the supervisor once the task is done.
• Assist the maintenance team and support community events whenever required.

Requirement Breakdown

• Age is between 21 and 45 years only.
• Preferred nationalities are Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, the Philippines, Pakistan, or African nationalities.
• Secondary or High school education is a must.
• Freshers can apply for the position; experience is not mandatory.
• Basic English in verbal and written forms.
• Must be physically fit and in good health.
• Flexible to lift, bend, and stand for long hours.

Working schedule

Generally, cleaners at Mira LLC work 8 hours per day, excluding a 1-hour break, with 1 day off per week, including UAE Government public holidays. There are two shifts: the morning shift (7 AM to 3 PM) and the evening shift (12 PM to 8 PM). The morning shift probably handles cleaning community, business, and residential areas and buildings. The mid-shifts follow private villas and residents. If necessary, overtime will be calculated based on the hours worked and added to the salary. If you work on a public holiday, special compensation will be added to your end-of-the-month salary.
