Job Key Involves

As an office tea boy, the following key points will be your day-to-day tasks:

• Food and Beverage Service is your core responsibility at work. You will have a vitab rolin serving them by preparing coffee, tea, or other refreshments. Your responsibility is to recognize the daily morning requirements and the daily routine beverage of each person in the office, from the Managing Director to the assistant manager. Whether morning or evening, your duty is to serve them as per request, plus visitors. Your attentiveness will bring positivity to the office.
• General work Support is another task far beyond the preparation of drinks. Platinum expresses that the employees work as one family, so helping each other is a matter for the business. supporting regular day-to-day duties such as cleaning office tables, arranging files and documents, delivering import documents, and printing and photocopying necessary documents; assisting with arranging meeting room chairs and tables, and placing water bottles before the meeting starts.
• Hygiene and cleanliness are vital parts of your framework. Keep your pantry well-organized and clean. Arrange the beverage according to the required temperature. Dry beverage powders should be kept separate from cold beverages. Your organizational skills are important. The kitchen pantry surfaces must always be clean.
• Assist in answering phone calls, picking up deliveries or handing them over, cleaning, and arranging executives’ rooms.
• Report and monitor stock levels in the store. This is another vital part of yours that minimizes the wastage. Be aware of raw stock levels and inform the person in charge to keep par levels steady.
• Friendly, positive attitude and respectful encounters with visitors. Serve them once they are waiting in the lounge.
• Regularly check the clearance on the tables and food platters.
