Becoming a barista at our cafe restaurant will play a huge role. Starting from grinding coffee until the coffee is served with eye-catching latte art, with excellent customer service will be part of your routine. What you must require:

Previous experience as a barista is a must at a high-end cafe or restaurant. Preferable minimum of one year of experience in barista role.

Skilled with iconic latte art and creativity to represent our cafe. knowing more latter arts than usual is an additional point.

Eager to grow in my career within our organization and have fast adaptability according to our cafe environment.

The coffee industry has knowledge about Grind, yield, brew, and prepare speciality coffees.

Take responsibility in the bar and be able to work with minimum supervision during peak hours.

Fluent in English, written and speaking. Arabic is a plus.

Positive, energetic, presentable appearance.

Must have a Diploma, degree or a UAE valid barista certificate.

Role Play

Craft and Serve Cappuccino, cortado, lattes, americano, ice-based caffeinated drinks, exotic smoothies, and detox press juices.

Be friendly with our customers of different nationalities.

Serve with the same great taste even in high-volume times.

Prepare delivery orders of noon, Talabat, and Careem.

Handlish cash and knowledge of Point of Selling systems.

Flexibility of rotational shifts.

Upsell, promote our signature menu items to newcomer guests.

Support each other as a family during rush hours as a team.

Address customer complaints or feedback and be the solution.
